Buyer of India Visit to China

Two weeks ago, I got one buyer who is from India. He is looking for some good condition forklift, excavators and wheel loaders. We both are keeping in touch for past two weeks.

My buyer told me earlier that he want to visit Shanghai, China soon in the end of this December.

Today I got his email in which he told me that he is in Shanghai, China and want to visit our company and see our stock of used forklift, used excavators and used wheel loaders.

It seems that buyer is really interest to start business with us. I immediately contact with my supplier and told the entire situation. He was happy when he heard that the buyer wants to meet with him and willing to visit his company and see current stock.

After that I sent an email to my buyer in which I tell him that our company representative will contact to you soon.

Buyer’s main motive to visit China is to inspect the machine by his own self. It is just because he has been cheated by one Chinese Wheel Loader Supplier earlier.

I made him sure that our China mini forklift supplier is trust able and he is not the same as you experiencing in the past with some other suppliers. On the behalf of this my buyer is agree to start business with us.


Relationship with Supplier

Today I have seen the requirement of one buyer who is looking for 2 units of forklift of 2010 and 1 unit of Wheel loader 2008 in good condition. I request him to send me more specification regarding those units so that I can able to find same machines as it is he is looking for.

After some time buyer gave me complete information of forklift and wheel loader. I do not have much more knowledge regarding forklift and wheel loader as compare to other machines like excavators, cranes etc. so I contact to my supplier who is basically China mini forklift supplier, he helped me a lot in understanding those technical specifications and he also give me details about wheel loaders. At the end I realize that he is one of the old Chinese Wheel loader Supplier and most of the buyers trust on him very much.

When I send all details to my buyer he will be very happy because I provide him relevant details with quick reply. My quick response made a good reputation in front of buyer.

It concludes that if you have good relation with your supplier then it will automatically create good relationship with buyer as well.


Convince Buyers Towards Chinese Used Machines.

Due to construction boom in some developing countries like Bangladesh, U.A.E, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Egypt and so on. The demand of Used Wheel Loaders and Used Forklift are increasing day by day. I have seen so many requirements for used construction machines on daily basis.

I have contacted with many buyer s of those countries which I have mention above. Some of them gave me good response but some did not just because of satisfactions regarding Chinese Machines. 

This is very big challenge for all sellers to satisfy their buyer if you are selling Chinese product. Because the reputation of Chinese product are very bad in international market.
When I came on this situation I was facing some problem while convince some buyers for purchasing Chinese products. But now I am little bit good in handling and convincing such buyers.

This all happened due to my Member's guidance. He guides me how to convince buyers towards Chinese products.

Day before yesterday I was on Skype, suddenly a pop-up of request appeared. I accepted that request and started conversation with him. I was thought he was a buyer who wants to buy some machine form us. But I was wrong because he was not a buyer he was actually a China Mini Forklift Supplier wants to sell his product also. He is also a Chinese Wheel LoaderSupplier.

During conversation he told me that, he is basically belong from Africa country but he is a agent of one Chinese Company whose goal is to capturing some African and middle-east markets.

He also guides me how to attract buyers towards Chinese Used Machines.
I learned a lot from him as well.


Building Trust on Buyers for Chinese Used Machines

Some Companies of China are now providing good working condition used construction machines. Including:
·         Excavators
·         Forklift
·         Cranes
·         Bulldozers
My supplier also providing good condition machines. He is also famous China Mini Forklift Supplier. Today I was talking to my member’s office person. She is account operator of my member’s company, she told me that our member is very much famous as good Chinese Wheel Loader Supplier. He has a vast experience in used construction machines. She told me that there are some companies which are making replica in construction machines. Most of the buyers now start avoiding in dealing in Chinese products, especially used construction machines.
It requires he investment and if any supplier bluff you so it would create very bad impression on the whole country.
She also told me that most of the foreign buyers are also trust on our member due to providing good quality of machines under very competitive prices. This strategy attracts so many buyers towards our company.
I conclude that if you are doing any work honestly, you will get success as well as trust.


Forklift Inquiries

Now a days I am receiving some good response regarding Forklift as compare to other construction machines. Today when I came office and checked my mailbox, I found two inquiries of forklift from two different countries. One buyer want year 2005 forklift and other want year 2009 forklift. Both buyers gave me detailed specifications regarding that unit they want. In their specification some points are cleared but some points are needed to be clear.
I contacted with my ChinaMini Forklift Supplier immediately and told him all the matter. In the mean time I also sent him email related to the specifications of forklift.
I asked my supplier to inform me about those points which are not cleared to me. My supplier who already knew all those specifications guide me properly and shared a document of forklift technical pictures. He provide me complete information same as I expected from his side.
At the end he also told me that he is an old Chinese Wheel Loader Supplier and he has much more knowledge about it.
My supplier is too old and experienced person in used construction machines sector. He helps me a lot when I face any problem in understanding the construction machine terminologies.


Potential Markets of Used Construction Machines

Today morning when I came to my office, I open my computer to start work. Usually I check my email box first but today I changed my mind and go to check some new signup which are coming on daily basis and are relevant to my concern product.

I saw one new signup who is basically China mini forklift supplier and he want to sell his Forklift for just Middle East. I called him and after greetings I asked him the reason about selling his Forklift to just specific market. He told me that there is huge construction boom in Middle East region so he prefers to focus only in Middle East region. During the conversation I observed that he is quite famous and big supplier of Forklift but I really amazed that he is looking for only Middle East region. While talking I tell him about the potentials in other market like Bangladesh, Myanmar, Pakistan etc and tell him that in these market import scale of used construction machines are very large. I have some stats which I shared with him, he really wonder and happy after knowing such potentials.

After all he told me that his friend who is basically a Chinese wheel loader supplier suggest him to focus only Middle East market rather than focusing on other region because his friend get good response  from this region. So this was the reason why he is focusing only Middle East market.  


Technicalities of Forklifts

Someday before one buyer sent email to me with his requirements about fork lift with all specification mention in it.

His specification is quite away from my knowledge. He gave me specification with deep details. I am unaware about so many things from his specification. I contacted to my China mini forklift supplier and told him about such specification which I have received from buyer’s side. My supplier provides me more detail which helps me a lot to understand the buyer’s specification. I was also starting searching thorough other sources as well because buyer’s specification is so technical. I need to understand those technical terminologies, which help me to understand and develop my own product knowledge and it also help me to entertain the buyer completely. I have contacted with one supplier who is basically Chinese wheel loader supplier but he is having a vast experience in used construction machines. So he also guide me very well.
He told me about the types of forklifts and its models. He also shares some pictures with me which consists some deep details in which specification of each part of forklift is mention.

The whole scenario is that either we are industry specialist with our relevant industries but we are not complete regarding knowledge of specifically our industry, so this learning process is still continue and will be continue in the future.


INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPING PROGRAMS OF BANGLADESH

Today morning I am searching for new buyer who can purchase our Construction machines.  My searching is normally like daily basis. I have found one buyer who is from Bangladesh. He is very good business man. He told me that he is already in touch of one Chinese wheel loader supplier but there is some price issues in between them. He provides me lots of information regarding current market trend in Bangladesh as well as India. Basically all government tenders for big machinery are handling by him. So he has very vast experience in used construction machines.

He told that now a days demand government impose some strict policies regarding import of used commercial and non commercial vehicles. The main reason behind this tough policy is lack of infrastructure. People of Bangladesh import too many cars and now they do not have road space. They are facing traffic jam problem even some of government person and politician are also facing such problem.  They do not have good infrastructure like fly over, under passes and tunnels which can reduce traffic jam.
   
Government of Bangladesh realize and thinking about to develop their infrastructure and road structure, which helps in reducing traffic jam problems. That is why they put some restriction on import of used commercial and non-commercial vehicles; their motive is to stop importing such used cars to some extent.
At this precious time government is going to announce some tenders of importing Heavy machines like mini forklift, wheel loaders, excavators and other relevant machines.

Demands of machine from China are now very much increase in Bangladesh. He told me the stats of China Mini Forklift supplier that he made a business of around 95,000 USD last month by selling Forklifts.
It means that in Bangladesh we have an opportunity to capture large market share by getting some potential government tenders.
