Relationship with Supplier
Today I have seen the requirement of one buyer who is
looking for 2 units of forklift of 2010 and 1 unit of Wheel loader 2008 in good
condition. I request him to send me more specification regarding those units so
that I can able to find same machines as it is he is looking for.
After some time buyer gave me complete information of
forklift and wheel loader. I do not have much more knowledge regarding forklift
and wheel loader as compare to other machines like excavators, cranes etc. so I
contact to my supplier who is basically China mini forklift supplier, he helped
me a lot in understanding those technical specifications and he also give me
details about wheel loaders. At the end I realize that he is one of the old
Chinese Wheel loader Supplier and most of the buyers trust on him very much.
When I send all details to my buyer he will be very happy
because I provide him relevant details with quick reply. My quick response made
a good reputation in front of buyer.
It concludes that if you have good relation with your
supplier then it will automatically create good relationship with buyer as
well.
