Yesterday one buyer approach to me with his requirements on my email. He was looking for two units. One is forklifts and 2^nd is used wheel loader. He wants both machines from only one supplier.

He told me that he loses some suppliers to close the deals. The only reason is that no one was able to supply both machines according to his requirements and specification from one supplier.

Today I got his email in which he told me that he is in Shanghai, China and want to visit our company and see our stock of used forklift, used excavators and used wheel loaders.

It seems that buyer is really interest to start business with us. I immediately contact with my supplier and told the entire situation. He was happy when he heard that the buyer wants to meet with him and willing to visit his company and see current stock.

After that I sent an email to my buyer in which I tell him that our company representative will contact to you soon.

Today I have seen the requirement of one buyer who is looking for 2 units of forklift of 2010 and 1 unit of Wheel loader 2008 in good condition. I request him to send me more specification regarding those units so that I can able to find same machines as it is he is looking for.

After some time buyer gave me complete information of forklift and wheel loader.
